The rooms are immaculate. The attention to detail is evident in all areas. The bedding and linens are of the highest quality, the bed is comfortable and the supplied toiletries are great. The condition of the hotel and grounds are well cared for and there is ample parking by your assigned room.

Breakfast is cooked to order in the morning, and is excellent. The restaurant area is in a covered outside area and a fire pit provides for warmth and atmosphere. This is the place to stay when visiting the Red Lodge area and we will definitely stay here again.

  After coming over the Beartooth Pass, (a bit of a white-knuckle drive), the town of Red Lodge was a welcome sight. And the Alpine Lodge made it even more welcoming.... read more We booked a cabin (the original tiny-house) our first night. Spotless, cozy, great bedding, no issues whatsoever. A pair of juvenile bears got into the motel's recycling bin overnight, causing a ruckus, but we slept so soundly, we didn't hear a thing. Breakfast was excellent and we decided to stay another night, so they moved us into the motel rooms, which were even nicer. This was the perfect stopping place after a few days at Yellowstone.
